Devlog 8/17/2024: well that went kinda sideways


When we last left off, my last words were:

"Shit, I can tell you what my course of action is right now: I will clean out the script, create skills that inflict the combos, set the combos to revert to another state when lifted, do lunch, move on to Sala's Escape."

Reading the title, you can probably surmise that that is not happening.

You see, to keep an enemy from constantly using the same fucking move and stunlocking the player over and over, I have had to resort to using yanfly's AI battlecore, which I am just learning now, to make a long story short, has a very specific way of doing things and has turned my knowledge of RPGmaker sideways. So I'm still working on that.

 I know it's coming up on one year since the release, and I don't want to leave you guys hanging. I'll do something. I don't know what it is, whether it's a game update or more pretty girls that will appear later, but I'm making this post to tell you that this is far from over.
